InterContinental Dublin, the finest five star Hotel in the city is delighted to launch its new Sunday Brunch with a spectacular, mouth-watering Menu, carefully crafted by Chef Alberto Rossi and his expert culinary team which includes a complimentary glass of Valdo Ora Prosecco along with a Bloody Mary Bar.

Seasons Restaurant, the renowned D4 dining room, a favourite with guests, locals and celebrities alike is enjoying a renaissance with a stylish refurbishment completed earlier in the year, revealing an elegant and warm ambiance. The velvet banquet seating in its bright Courtyard Garden bay windows, muted taupe silk fabrics and Waterford crystal chandeliers give it an air of gentle opulence, proving popular with guests.

Chef Alberto Rossi, Executive Chef, InterContinental Dublin explains; “Our Menus reflect a passion for high quality, locally grown produce with a spotlight on Irish artisan suppliers. We partner with local farms and dairies, wherever possible, to source the finest, freshest ingredients including all our meats which are 100% Irish.”

The expert kitchen team focuses on delivering a classic style with a true love for the simplicity of Irish cooking with its complex layering of fresh flavours that relies on the quality of the produce shining through all of the expertly cooked dishes.

Favourites include; Irish Smoked Salmon from Hanlon Smokehouse in Dublin, Harty Oysters from the Harty Family in Durgavan, Co Waterford as Appetizers, followed by a selection of Main delights such as a Pan Fried Rainbow Trout from Beshoff in Howth served with Pea Puree, Bacon Lardons and Oyster Mushrooms and Roast Dry Aged Striploin of Irish Beef from County Laois which arrives with Roasted Potatoes, Burnt Butter Cauliflower, Yorkshire Pudding and Merlot Jus. There is also a wonderful selection Desserts, freshly prepared by the in-house Pastry Chef, which  are simply unforgettable.
