The team at Conrad Dublin are delighted to introduce their new Chocolate Afternoon Tea which will be hosted seven days a week within the contemporary surrounds of Lemuel’s and run until May 2017, a perfect choice for a Mother’s Day or Easter treat!
Chocolate Afternoon Tea includes a delicious array of freshly baked cakes, pastries and scones as well as gourmet sandwiches, served with freshly brewed tea or coffee and costs from €38 per person. The new menu includes a delicious new chocolate inspired selection of dainty delights including:
White Chocolate Tonka Bean Éclair
Choux pastry éclair filled with tonka bean white chocolate
Chantilly filling, chocolate glaze and white chocolate scroll
Dark Chocolate Amarena Financier
Almond cake with amarena cream, garnished with a black cherry
Champagne Meringue Tower
Raspberry flavoured meringues with white
chocolate ganache and a pipette of champagne
Rich Chocolate and Strawberry Tart
A rich chocolate tart with strawberry confit and balsamic
chocolate sauce, topped with chocolate Chantilly and strawberry snaps
Freshly baked Hazelnut and Praline Tea Cake and warm scones served with clotted cream and gourmet strawberry jam accompany the tea. Also included is a selection of sandwiches with Free- range egg, bound with chive truffle aioli, Glen of Aherlow baked ham, roast turkey with cranberry sauce, Burren smoked salmon, avocado puree, caper berry and Organic cucumber, sun-dried tomato cream cheese.
Lemuel’s afternoon tea is available at €38.00 per person; story teller cocktail afternoon tea is €46.00 or for that special occasion, enjoy a champagne afternoon tea at €52.00 per person.
