I will be away for World Paella Day this year but it doesn’t mean I won’t be making Paella when I return. I had the great pleasure of enjoying this dish in the home of Paella this year in Valencia. There are so many special tastes to savour whatever way you prepare this gorgeous dish but the best place to taste it is of course in Valencia. When I return however I can’t wait to try cook it myself.
