How to avoid stress at the airport

• Don’t stress – Do be prepared and keep all your documents together.
• Don’t drink alcohol or energy drinks – Do drink lots of water especially on long flights
• Don’t forget to breathe –  Do put a blue dot on your phone to remember to do this
• Don’t worry about noises on the aircraft – Do ask your cabin crew for help if you are anxious or nervous
• Don’t miss out on the in-flight entertainment and it’s a great way to distract from the flight – Do change your watch to the time at your destination to adjust on a long haul flight
• Do focus on your destination and getting there – picture yourself on a beach or sun-lounger!
